Pretty Projects

My mom was in town this week. If you know my mom, you know what that means:

...and apparently one floor that could use a swiffer...

Isn't having your mom in town the best!!! My mom came two weeks ago and it was so much fun! Hey, I actually blog now, well at least more often, so you can see us in Florida. You left a comment once but in case you don't have it, it is adamandericahensley.blogspot.com

she's building a piano!!!? did she get all the pieces from a yard sale?

(i decided that i need to mention yard sales in all of my comments to you;) )

Does Craigs List count? We bought the piano intact (pretty much) and just took it all apart to clean it and paint it. But I wouldn't put it past my mom to build one from pieces :)

I think Craig's list counts! I hope she put it back together before she left. You're mom's coming to our house in a few weeks for Aaron's talk-in-church - can't wait to see what she makes for us. :)
Congrats on getting a piano.

I'm not a bit surprised. Of course Aunt Julie took a piano apart to paint it. I would have a heart attack if my piano keys were in a box on my wood floor that really does need swiffering (a word I just made up). It made for an amazing picture, though. :)

is that the piano in the backround? i love that color if it is! you'll have to post a picture of the whole thing once those ivories are intact. can you play the piano and the violin at once? i wouldn't put it past you to do such a thing.:) i can only imagine the beautiful music that's probably always flowing around your home.

i'm loving all these crafty projects you're posting lately... keep 'em coming! you 'da man!! or woman.

I don't think I've ever taken apart a piano EVER! I said to myself, "Are those really keys in the box?" It's so great to have moms around.
