Look Out

People keep telling me it is just about to get a whole lot harder. But this past weekend still felt pretty good, I'm so proud of my guy.

The fan club, Justin's mom and long-time friend, Kyler:

A tornado ripped through Kirksville the night before we came into town. I feel awful for our fellow KCOM students and families who are displaced right now--good luck to each of you. As a result, I feel things were a bit shuffled around all weekend and I didn't get to spend nearly the time I wanted with our old friends. (We all split up for 3rd/4th year rotations.) But thank you so much to those dear friends who helped us get through these past four years. It was wonderful to see you and your barely-recognizable children :)

Congratulations to all of you! Speaking of unrecognizable - Hayden is a totally different baby! She's still beautiful, but I couldn't tell it was her.

What a good looking family. You guys are living the American Dream. We are so happy for you, well except for the part about losing you to Michigan.

I know you can't make it out for Collin's mission talk thingy, but what's say you send Abbey out for the week. I just think it would be best for everyone. Oh, and if you think you can somehow ship Hayden out as well that would certainly be acceptable.

Congrats to both of you, I know that you have both worked hard and sacrificed much for this day. That is so neat. Your girls look so cute too!

I must second what Nicole had to say about the matter - I can't believe how different Hayden looks in that picture! Oh my GOSH I miss those girls. And you two. :)

Congratulations to you both! Hold on to this feeling for as long as you can. I third the comment about Hayden looking different. Did she get a haircut, or something?

Hey Ashley - does your husband by chance know Jason Fletcher? That's my brother in law who just graduated this past weekend in Kirksville? He started med school there and then went to detroit to do his rotations. Just curious :)

Ashley, I don't know him, but Justin does. Jason and Justin were actually the two recipients of the Kudelko Award this year, what a coincidence, small world!

Congrats---to the whole fam, too! What a great accomplishment! Love the baby cap on Hayden--where did you find that?! :) What gorgeous day! With our luck, it will rain. We'll hope for the best, though right?
