We're home! And dealing with the aftermath of our fun and intense trip to the big city. The girls are already asking about Allison and Noah (Nobie, Owen, Ownah...Abbey had a hard time getting his name right this week, ha ha) but couldn't stop laughing and smiling when they saw their daddy last night. How I love vacations. Er...trips. I wouldn't be this exhausted if it had been a vacation :)

I'm glad you guys had a good time in the NYC. Vacations to me are never very restful, but they are always way worth it!
Glad to hear you made it in one piece (details on the return trip expected!) Love the shot of the whirlwind. After our conversations this week it feels very apropo (is that how you spell that? I say it all the time but I think this is the first time I have written it!)

What great NY pictures with your NY stylin girls:) What a fun time to go! Not many people I know can say they were in NY for New Years Eve!! Weren't you there without a daddy??? That is why it wasn't vacation! No matter how much everyone else helps, it's just not the same without the daddy:) But it looks like you still had fun:)

a trip with to nyc alone with 2 little ones does not spell vacation, but you had two awesome helpers, so i bet you had the time of your life. you are a brave little mama. and for some reason i am still jealous. do you think allison would love to have me and 5 little ones stay at her pad this winter?
I must've looked at that picture for ten straight minutes. It's beautiful! And I have to say, I'm not as brave as you to take two kids on a trip to a big city like NY. Can't wait to see more pics!
